How to customise the approval, canceled order emails?

To customise the order emails, payment gateway & thank you page settings, navigate to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Order Approval Settings  > Settings tab

  • Payment Gateway: When Order Approval feature is enabled, we will show the text entered here as payment gateway. You can also enter the payment gateway description.
  • Thank you page: Enter the message you want to show the message to the customer after successful order placement.
  • Customise the email after the order is placed: Here you can customise the email content, which will be sent to customer after order is placed.
  • Customise the email after order is approved: Here you can customise the email content, which will be sent to customer after order is approved.
  • Customise the email after order is rejected: Here you can customise the email content, which will be sent to customer after order is rejected.
  • Admin email after order is placed: Here you can customise the email content, which will be sent to admin after order is placed.
